Therefore, we believe our truest purposes are to love boldly and reflect Jesus to our families, communities, companies, and cultures.

We believe God is a relational God, and being created in His image, we, too, are relational beings, made to engage and enjoy deep relationships with Him and one another. Therefore, we believe we satisfy the deepest longings of our masculine hearts in and through these relationships.

RECEIVING vs. STRIVING

We believe the Holy Spirit dwells within us, works for our good, and is always concerned more with who we are becoming than what we are doing. Therefore, we believe that we become the men we’re meant to be, not by what we do, but by trusting His Spirit and receiving His love, direction, and healing.

SONS vs. ORPHANS

We believe we are sons of God, imperfect but redeemed and made righteous by the love and sacrifice of Jesus. We believe God loves each of us tremendously in our imperfection and that none of us ever has to earn His acceptance. We believe we grow spiritually by accepting and maturing into who we are already.

HIGH VALUE vs. LOW

We believe we’re each made to reflect Jesus’ masculinity differently. We believe Jesus has unique places and positions for each of us in His work of remaking and redeeming our world. We believe our individual traits, talents and gifts are valued and needed, given to us in His joy to benefit others.

LOVE vs. SELFISHNESS

We believe love, kindness, mercy, and service are costly but supremely worthy endeavors. We believe they lead ultimately and inevitably to the greatest goodness, peace, joy, purpose, and significance for ourselves and others. We believe self-focus and selfishness lead to ruinous outcomes for everyone.
